(upbeat music) - [Instructor] Welcome back everybody. It's time to do the chapter four challenge. And in this challenge we're going to practice some of the skills that we've learned in this section of the course. And this section was all about using Copilot in Outlook. Now, in order to run through these different tasks, I've created a Word document for you titled 04_07 customer complaint letter. So what you're going to need to do to prep for this challenge is basically copy and paste this into an email and send it to yourself because this is the email that we're going to be utilizing throughout this challenge. Once you've done that, I'd like you to use Copilot to respond to the complaint email from the customer. And as I just mentioned, you need to use the template text in the file, 04_07 customer complaint letter, copy and paste it into an email and send it to yourself.
