- [Instructor] If we had a need for an app to be added to any of our SharePoint sites that was not available through the SharePoint Store, another option would be to go ahead and have a developer create the app, and then you would have your own custom app that you can actually go ahead and upload to your app catalog so that it can be distributed out to your SharePoint sites. So how do we do this? It's pretty straightforward and I don't have one here really to show you but what I am going to do is I'm going to show you how to do it in both the modern interface as well as the classic interface. Here in the modern interface, all you would need to do if you wanted to go ahead and add a custom app is to click on the Upload button.
