- Humans interface with computers and other devices through our senses, primarily sight and sound. Most of our interactions with computers start with our vision and then our hearing. Without a clear display or visual output, we can easily lose the context of any sound coming from the computer. So, let's talk about visual technologies. The most common visual technology of computers includes video monitors and projectors. If the visuals on either of these devices is unclear, the meaning or purpose of the information can be lost. So when a problem shows up, it becomes a priority to fix it. The process for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving video issues, just like nearly all troubleshooting, should follow an established process.
