Lesson 1 lab: Discovering Linux
- Alright, time for a lab. In this lab, you are going to discover Linux a bit. So first, if necessary and you haven't done it yet, install a Linux system in a virtual machine or access free tier Linux in your favorite cloud. Then you'll log into your Linux system using the user account that was provided and find out which directory you are in. Next, get an overview of all files and directories in that directory and copy the file etc/passwd to the current directory, rename it to users and, finally, move it to the TMP directory.
