- [Trainer] Once you learn the concept of double integrals, any integrals at the higher order are fairly straightforward to learn. Essentially, you just keep repeating the same process as many times as needed. In this video, you will explore triple integrals. A triple integral is when you take an integral three times in succession. Essentially, it is just doing the same thing three times in a row. It is notated by three integral signs next to each other. One thing to note is usually when you do a triple integral, you have three different variables you are integrating on such as X, Y, and Z within your integral. So then your format for your triple integral is you have three integral signs, and then you have F of X, Y, Z, and then you have DXDYDZ.
