Fixing errors with the clapping technique
- [Instructor] If you blow it and you know it, clap your hands. A slip of the tongue doesn't have to ruin your entire recording. Try this instead. Just stop, clap three times, (claps three times) take a big Zen-inducing breath and give it another try. When it comes time to edit, the three clap spikes in the waveform make it easy to identify and fix. I just carefully review and select that section. Just going to drag out my handles here to select the error, then right-click, choose ripple delete, and error erased. That's the beauty of editing. No one needs to know what happens on the timeline. The only thing that matters is the final video.
