AI is an incredible tool for drafting, brainstorming, and prepping for connection, but it can't replace your instincts. It can't read the room, and it definitely can't feel what another person is feeling. That's why one of the most powerful skills in an AI-powered workplace is knowing when to lean on tech and when to step away from it. Here are a few tips you can keep in mind. Number one, recognize low stakes opportunities for AI. In general, you can use AI when the risk is low and the payoff is efficiency.
