- [Instructor] Let's install and activate easy digital downloads. We can do this through the dashboard by going to Plugins, Add New, and then searching for it. When it pops up, choose Install Now. And once it's installed, choose Activate. On the following screen, choose Get Started. Now, we'll be asked to fill out a bunch of information that will help us run the store a bit better. This is all information you should add or will need to add eventually. So EDD makes it easy by asking you to do it now, but you can skip it if you want. You'll also be prompted to connect to Stripe to begin accepting payments. We'll go over how to do that in detail in the next video. So for now, we'll skip and continue with the setup. On this page, you can configure how your receipts will look based on your specific store details. You can choose to disable any of these additional plugins that EDD recommends.
