Publishing your AI help desk agent
- [Instructor] After finishing building your AI help desk agent, let's look at how to publish it. Here's the Helpdesk Agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio. Click Channels in the menu. We can publish our agent to multiple channels such as Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot, demo website or web app. Depending on the channel you select, you may need to adjust the agent's authentication method. Click settings in the menu, choose security, then select authentication. You can choose an authentication option including no authentication, authenticate with Microsoft or authenticate manually with your service provider. For this demo, we will publish the agent to Microsoft Teams, so I will choose authenticate with Microsoft. Under channels, click teams and the Microsoft 365 Co-pilot. Our first turn on the Microsoft 365 channel enable make agent available in Microsoft 365 Copilot chat, click add channel, click publish, click added details. I'll change the icon's background color. Change to white color.…
