- [Instructor] You can leverage the collaborative nature of online tools when you move your brainstorming to Microsoft SharePoint, Office Online and OneDrive I'm going to start with a PowerPoint file here. And the title is simply quarterly project proposals. Then I'm going to create a template slide, so people know how to submit their ideas here using my template structure. So new slide, then I'ma title it template. And then I'ma add some bullets for pros and cons to enter here for the template. And I'll save the file to my computer. I'm then going to go to my team's SharePoint site and pick a document library, the documents folder here.
