- [Instructor] Welcome to another AutoCAD Tips and Tricks video. In this particular video, we're going to take a look at how we can work with lines and arcs in our polylines. Now when you open up the drawing that I've got for you, it might look a bit weird. There's lots of little green circles. Don't worry about that. The drawing is 435 Polylines - Lines & Arcs.dwg and you can download it from the library as usual to follow along with this particular tips and tricks video. Now, when you open up the drawing, make sure you are in the model tab and in the layers panel on the home tab on the ribbon, you are using the lines layer as your current layer. Now I'm going to demonstrate how to draw using lines and arcs to create what is in essence a slotted hole. So let's have a look at that. Let's just move along a little bit and we'll go with these four circles on the left. So I'm going to go to the line command on the draw panel, and we're going to go center snap there, left click to center…
