- [Instructor] Now that we have the three titles as native After Effects text layers, we can use their sophisticated text engine to reveal them on screen. Now, in this case, I'm going to rely on animation presets, because I don't want to overcomplicate this project and I also want you to see that you don't need to be an After Effects wizard to create some eye candy player character animations. So what I'll do now is take out the solo switches for all the layers, just by brushing it down. And then I'll go to the beginning and I'll reinstate the solo switch for the three text layers that we have over here. I want to start with the festival word, so this is layer number three, I'll select it, and I want to call your attention to the fact that under the effects and presets under animation presets, we have a text folder.
