- Let's start with how AI can help us start a new project or new request. AI can help us with many of these tasks. The key aspect of making AI successful in our work is understanding the data sources of the AI tools, and your ability to guide the AI through your thinking process. Each of us as BAs, may have a different set of deliverables and steps to start a new project. AI can help us with most of this, but it can't do it alone. When I use AI to help me with any of these tasks, I'm not thinking about what is the one prompt I need. I'm thinking about, how can I free up cognitive load and elevate my thinking, and how can AI help me set up and prepare for my next stakeholder conversation? Each of you will have different options available to you in your work environment.
