- In the last video, I talked about the agile project Sal was leading. Sal was pressed for time and saw AI tools as a way to increase productivity. So as the team talked with stakeholders about their requirements, Sal had them feed the written notes and recorded conversations into ChatGPT, to create a consolidated requirements document. This included additional requirements the AI tool thought were missing. Next, Sal decided to use an AI meeting recording tool and record the minutes and action items from their scrum meetings. Meeting notes and action items were automatically and immediately distributed after the meetings were over. Sadly, in a meeting, sales managers said, "Stakeholders are saying the requirements look way too prescriptive, and that requirements were added without their input."
