- Agile BA Chris often needs techniques to help align the strategic, initiative, and delivery horizons, something that'll help him see how they all connect and answer the question, why are we doing this? Impact mapping is a technique that helps align the big picture through to the details by aligning organizational goals to the details the teams are working on.
