- Much of success in Agile is the mindset that one brings to the team and their work, and an Agile analysis, it's no different. Many certifications and education programs test process knowledge or methodology knowledge. Well, this certificate is about 30% mindset and that is no mistake. The main aspects to the Agile Analysis Mindset include things like delivering value constantly and rapidly, collaborating continuously, iterating to learn, considering context and adapting to realities, reflecting on feedback, and producing high-quality products. To begin learning about the Agile BA Mindset, focus on three things. First, embrace that Agile itself is about a mindset, not a process or methodology.
