Need to monitor the performance of your applications?
- [Mikaila] As the adoption of microservices grows, monitoring the health of production-ready applications and gathering relevant metrics about our apps is becoming more important. If we don't monitor our apps, we'll lack insight and have no clue of what is happening when certain issues arise. Spring Boot Actuator is a sub-module that helps with monitoring and managing production-ready Spring Boot applications. It integrates easily with external monitoring systems such as Prometheus, a monitoring and alerting tool that recalls metrics in a time series database. My name is Mikaila Akeredolu. I've been a software developer and technical instructor for about a decade. In this course, you'll learn how to monitor your Spring Boot applications with Spring Boot Actuator, gather metrics with Prometheus and build beautiful dashboards with Grafana. If you're ready to learn how to get a monitoring system up and running in less than an hour, join me in my LinkedIn Learning course.
