- [Instructor] Hi everybody. Welcome to the final course project. If you've made it this far, give yourself a little pat on the back. This is a pretty heavy duty course. Hopefully this final project will be another fun exercise and it will sort of tie all the stuff that you've been learning together. So the situation that we're in here, we've got a few exciting developments for the Bear Builders company. The company has decided to start offering chat support on the website to try and improve customer service and improve sales, and Sally's going to need your help planning for that. The company has also been approached by potential acquirers and they'll need your help with some of the due diligence that they're working on. Your objective will be to use SQL to create a detailed plan for handling chat support, including database infrastructure, the creation of an EER diagram explaining the plan, and also some reports to management to help them understand performance once things are up and…
