Focusing on key results in a graphical report
- [Narrator] The best reports make it easy to focus on what's important. In Project, you can highlight important information by filtering and grouping results in tables and charts. So we're going to continue working on our custom report. Remember, if you go to the Report tab and click Custom, you can see your custom reports there. So let's start by filtering the Percent Complete Chart. I'm going to click that chart. That opens up the field list pane on the right hand side. In the bottom half of the field list pane, you'll see the Filter box. If you click the down arrow, you'll see all of the filters in the project and you can choose whichever one you want. So let's say we want to filter by date range. I'm going to click that in the list. In this case, I have to put in some dates. So I'm going to start with June 15th, 2025 and go to August 15th, 2025. Now when I click Okay, you can see that the chart only shows the tasks…
