How can APIs help create personalized marketing campaigns?
- I'd love to move on to automation through Firefly and Photoshop APIs. Can you talk about how Firefly and Photoshop APIs are just transforming the way businesses handle large scale graphics creation? - Yeah, absolutely. So if you look at the ancient, old story now about marketing and customer journeys and everything else. So I think the personalization and just growing levels of channels, output channels, is just driving this need for, you know, constant change, constant personalization to based on maybe your shopping behavior or where you live or your hobbies or whatever it is, whatever your friends are doing. And so what we see now is, especially now with Firefly, is that there's one way of using generative AI like Firefly just to create that one hero image, right? So the big campaign image. Like we just saw with the style kits. So let's say you've got this image of this woman, but what if you want to reuse one of those hero images in multiple orientations, right? Or maybe you need to expand it because you have like a long banner or maybe like a long vertical banner. So you have to kind of accommodate for these different sizes, and that's something where automation can come in and basically help you out. So what we see for a lot of companies is that the drive and the requirement for more automation with Firefly, but also with Photoshop in general, they really go like hand in hand. And it's like whenever we speak to customers around Firefly. So it starts out with a Firefly conversation, but in the end, we end up talking about Photoshop automation, where Firefly is just an ingredient in that flow.
