Challenge: Create a select query
(funky music) - [Instructor] Now that we've begun to explore the role of the select query in an access database, it's time to put some of that knowledge to the test in our first challenge. In this challenge, you're going to explore the Red30 Tech employee data. I'd like find all of the employees that work in the marketing department that were hired before January 1st, 2018. I'd like you to sort those records alphabetically by the employees last name and use column aliases where appropriate to ensure that the headers are more legible. This challenge should take you no more than about five minutes to complete. You can use the file Red30 tech challenge one start and it has all of the data in it that you'll need. In the next movie I'll show you my solution to this challenge. Good luck.
