Evaluating candidates sourced by Hiring Assistant

- [Instructor] I received a notification from Hiring Assistant. 15 candidates are now ready for my review and potentially outreach. If I click on Review candidates, this brings me to my project pipeline. Here, I can see the candidates added by Hiring Assistant, by myself, or by my colleagues if this is a shared project. Candidates added by Hiring Assistant are easy to spot. There is a spotlight at the top. There is a tag Sourced next to the candidate name, and there is a section, Saved by. Hiring Assistant is ranking top candidate first and then qualified candidate. Just below their name, you can see a recap here. Five out to five required qualifications, two out of three nice-to-have qualification. If I want to know more, I just need to click on this arrow. This opens the full candidate profile card. And on the right, an AI recap performed by Hiring Assistant with a matching between qualifications and candidate experience. By clicking on Show details, I can see for each qualification what is the source of this candidate experience and why Hiring Assistant has done this matching with my qualification. You can rate this matching performed by Hiring Assistant. This will not change your qualification. Simply, you are telling Hiring Assistant that its matching was accurate. Once I'm done reviewing this candidate, I can move on to the next profile by clicking on this arrow at the top and repeat the same steps. Now, I'm done reviewing those 15 candidates, but I'm not just ready yet to contact them. First, I want to give Hiring Assistant some feedback on this candidate batch to evaluate the candidate and share this feedback with Hiring Assistant. Reopen the activity log, thanks to this icon in the bottom left. Continue your conversation with Hiring Assistant and ask to evaluate the candidates together, and then click on Enter. Go full screen, and now you can review candidate's profile in real time with Hiring Assistant, telling Hiring Assistant if they are a good fit or not. Please note that this possibility to review candidates together with Hiring Assistant is also available at the Intake stage. So, I review the full profile and check the required and nice-to-have qualification, see if there is a matching in between the qualifications and the candidate experience. And if confirmed, I'll click the button thumbs up to tell Hiring Assistant, "This is what I'm looking for." Hiring Assistant has used my feedback to find new candidates, and this is why now I have a new profile to review and I can repeat the experience, review the requirements, and see if this is a good fit or not a good fit. This will greatly improve the results of the next batch of candidates sourced by Hiring Assistant. After a few minutes, I receive two new notifications from Hiring Assistant. Thanks to my feedback, there is one new candidate ready for review, but also a suggestion that my talent pool might be too limited. If I want, I can go back to review my qualifications and edit them, move from nice-to-have to required, and adjust the qualification threshold. But I'm in a rush, so I want to review this brand-new candidate and add it to my pipeline with the other 15 I've already reviewed, which means that I'm ready to move on to the next stage by selecting all these candidates from my pipeline and start contacting them, but we'll show you that in the next video.
