To accelerate your workflow and streamline productivity, you're going to need to memorize some of the most important keyboard and mouse shortcuts, also known as hotkeys. This is especially important for commands such as Select Object, Transforms, and Viewport Navigation, because you're going to use those commands so frequently that if you needed to press an icon or button every time, it would seriously slow you down. At first you'll need to memorize and recall these keyboard shortcuts manually using your brain, but eventually your body will take over. You'll get something called motor memory, and you won't need to think about what keyboard and mouse buttons to press to perform some common actions such as orbit in the viewport.
