A global leader in warehouse automation is seeking a Partnership Manager to expand its enterprise sales team. Key Responsibilities
Own and drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for automation solutions valued in the multi-million-dollar range.
Develop and expand senior-level retail and e-commerce customer relationships, leveraging an established network to open doors and accelerate sales cycles.
Partner closely with presales, solutions, and executive leadership to craft winning strategies for long-cycle, consultative sales.
Deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and commercial models that demonstrate ROI and align with customer needs.
Maintain strong pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy while navigating extended, multi-layered buying processes.
Act as a trusted advisor, bringing market intelligence and strategic insights to customer engagements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven enterprise sales track record with warehouse automation, robotics, material handling, WMS/WES, or supply chain solutions.
Deep retail/e-commerce relationships at executive and operational levels; able to leverage networks to unlock new opportunities.
Experience with long-cycle, high-value solution sales ($10M–$50M+ deal sizes).
Entrepreneurial “hustler” mindset with ownership mentality — thrives in a fast-moving, scaling environment.
Polished communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
