Senior Sales Account Manager – Warehouse Automation Solutions

Location: United States (Remote with travel)

Compensation: ~$150K base + 50/50 commission plan (OTE ~$300K)


A global leader in warehouse automation is seeking a Partnership Manager to expand its enterprise sales team. This is a high-impact role for a driven, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and has a proven track record of selling automation or supply chain solutions into the retail sector.


The company is scaling rapidly, delivering AMRs, advanced warehouse execution systems, and AI-driven orchestration platforms that transform intralogistics. With multi-million-dollar deal cycles and a growing customer base across retail and e-commerce, this role offers a chance to sell solutions that define the future of fulfilment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own and drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for automation solutions valued in the multi-million-dollar range.
  • Develop and expand senior-level retail and e-commerce customer relationships, leveraging an established network to open doors and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Partner closely with presales, solutions, and executive leadership to craft winning strategies for long-cycle, consultative sales.
  • Deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and commercial models that demonstrate ROI and align with customer needs.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy while navigating extended, multi-layered buying processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, bringing market intelligence and strategic insights to customer engagements.


Ideal Candidate Profile


  • Proven enterprise sales track record with warehouse automation, robotics, material handling, WMS/WES, or supply chain solutions.
  • Deep retail/e-commerce relationships at executive and operational levels; able to leverage networks to unlock new opportunities.
  • Experience with long-cycle, high-value solution sales ($10M–$50M+ deal sizes).
  • Entrepreneurial “hustler” mindset with ownership mentality — thrives in a fast-moving, scaling environment.
  • Polished communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
