$125K–$155K, New Jersey (hybrid)

A large global enterprise (10,000+ locations, 20,000+ employees) is scaling its Transformation Engineering team and looking for two senior ICs who can sit at the intersection of engineering, data, operations, and real-world problem-solving.

If you enjoy ambiguous environments, working directly with business stakeholders, and shipping tools that actually get adopted in the field, this is that role.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with operations + execs to map workflows and uncover high-impact opportunities

• Design and deploy technical solutions end-to-end — prototypes → production

• Improve existing systems and lead new engineering initiatives

• Drive adoption with training, documentation, and field engagement

• Mentor engineers and guide best-practice engineering within a cross-functional team

• Work across Python, Java, TypeScript, SQL, and a modern data/ops platform

• Travel 10–25% to support field operations (Mon–Thurs blocks)

What they’re looking for:

• 3+ years solving complex, real-world problems in customer-facing or business-facing settings

• Strong engineering fundamentals (Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL)

• Someone who thrives in ambiguity and can translate messy business needs into clean technical execution

• Experience in transformation, analytics, operations tech, consulting, or forward-deployed roles

• Ability to drive projects independently with high business impact

• Hybrid: 1–2 days/week in New Jersey office
