Business Development Manager

Job Title: Business Development Manager - Drug Product & Formulation Services

Location: United States - 30-40% Travel

Package: $90-120k USD Base Salary + Bonus & Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for winning new business across North America, working closely to win business from existing contacts
• Create detailed commercial proposals, finalise contract negotiations, and oversee agreements like CDAs and MSAs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring consistent communication and resolving any issues promptly
• Conduct market research to uncover potential growth areas & engage with clients through visits, sustain an active sales pipeline, and conduct annual evaluations of business performance
• Collaborate heavily with the Head of Sales in Europe to develop and implement a robust commercial strategy

Requirements:

• Must have experience selling formulation CDMO services to Pharma & Biotech customers
• Must have previous market intelligence experience & a hunter mentality
• Bachelors degree at a minimum
• Proficient in CRM tools and Salesforce experience preferred
