Use your LinkedIn or ATS Job ID to search for your job posts in Recruiter.
Use LinkedIn Job ID
The LinkedIn Job ID is a unique number that LinkedIn assigns to each job post on our platform. If you are viewing your job post on LinkedIn.com (not in Recruiter), look for the 10-digit numerical Job ID in the URL.
Use your ATS Job ID
LinkedIn typically receives your ATS Job ID from your job source during job wrapping. The exact source of the ATS Job ID may vary by ATS partner.
The ATS Job ID is commonly found in your:
- ATS
- ATS job post
- ATS job post URL
Why can't I find my job?
Incorrect tab: Ensure you are on the correct tab. For example, if you are in the Promoted tab, your Job ID search is only searching within promoted jobs. Try switching to the Basic job tab and searching again.
Invalid job: If you are unable to find your job in either the basic or promoted tab, your job may need attention before it can be successfully posted. See the Related task section below for information on invalid jobs.
Job is not yet posted:
- Check that the jobs missing are definitely posted to your public-facing web page or job source and that they are publicly accessible.
- Confirm the exact time you posted your job live. Our system refreshes your posted jobs multiple times per day. Please wait a few hours for the next refresh. No action is required.
- Verify the job location on your job source. If it's ambiguous (e.g. home office, United States, North East region, Nationwide) or doesn't contain a city and country, it will not be copied. If the location is missing, update your job content. As our system refreshes multiple times a day, your job will become visible.
- Confirm that the job has not been manually posted by visiting the Manage Jobs page. If a job poster has already posted a job with the same title, location, and company name, we will not copy over the job from your job source. The job will be marked as a duplicate and will not be available on the user interface until the manually posted job is closed.
Unavailable ATS Job ID: There may be instances where the ATS Job ID LinkedIn receives from your job posting source is not the ATS Job ID you use. If the steps above do not explain or resolve your issue, try utilizing other filtering options to find your job.
