As an admin in LinkedIn Recruiter, you can make bulk updates to the email addresses associated with your users’ enterprise profiles using a CSV template. For example, if your domain name changes due to a merger, acquisition, or company name change, you can change multiple email addresses from name@olddomain.com to name@newdomain.com. This change doesn't affect the email addresses associated with users’ personal LinkedIn profiles.
Here’s a summary of the steps to update user email address domain names:
- Download the CSV template for editing.
- Make the necessary updates in the CSV file and save it to your device.
- Upload the updated CSV file to process the changes.
