Manage your Recruiter mobile app push notifications

The LinkedIn Recruiter mobile app pushes notifications to your mobile device when you receive InMail responses, when a qualified applicant applies to one of your open Recruiter jobs, or when there are new results for your saved searches. These notifications are enabled by default. You can manage your push notifications in your Recruiter settings within the Recruiter mobile app.

Important to know

"Open to Work" notifications are sent exclusively to the project owner or job poster. These alerts are delivered as push notifications on both web and mobile platforms, but email notifications are not available for these alerts.

To be sure to receive push notifications, verify you have the following settings configured:

  • Enable push notifications from the LinkedIn Recruiter app or on your Recruiter account Notifications settings on desktop.
  • Enable push notifications for the LinkedIn Recruiter app in your mobile device settings.

To manage push notifications on your Recruiter mobile app:

  1. Sign in to the Recruiter mobile app. 

  2. Tap your profile picture in the top left corner.

  3. Tap Push notification settings.

  4. Tap the toggle next to each option you want to turn on or off.

Important to know

You must have alerts enabled for the saved search on desktop to get the notification alerts on the Recruiter mobile app.
