Post remote, hybrid, or on-site jobs with Job Wrapping

Last updated: 8 months ago

Job Wrapping automatically posts jobs from your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or career site into LinkedIn Job Slots to manage in LinkedIn Recruiter. If you post jobs through Job Wrapping, there are three ways you can specify if a job's workplace is remote, hybrid, or on-site:

  • Specify the workplace by adding the tag #LI-Remote, #LI-Hybrid, #LI-Onsite to the job description.

Don’t use these tags in the job title. They aren't controlled in admin settings.

  • Specify the workplace policy in your existing XML feed to include a new WorkplaceType field

  • Use the new auto-tag feature to classify the workplace as either remote, hybrid, or onsite.

    • Some important features the model relies on are job title text, job description text, job location text, company information, industry, etc.
    • This setting is turned ON by default.
    • Admins can turn off the feature from the Product Settings page, click Job Posting, then Auto-tag jobs.
    • If there are keywords in the job title or description that cause the job to be incorrectly posted as a remote, hybrid, or onsite, turn the auto-tag setting off.
    • If the auto-tag jobs setting is turned on, Limited Listings posted from the Job Wrapping source will also be auto tagged.
