Apply With LinkedIn (AWLI) is an integration with our partners and customers that enables LinkedIn members to easily apply for jobs directly from your website. After clicking the Apply with LinkedIn button, the application will be automatically pre-filled using the applicant's LinkedIn profile, including their name, current position, and more. The candidate can edit any pre-filled information and/or answer additional questions before submitting the final application.
What is Apply with LinkedIn?
When a LinkedIn member clicks the Apply with LinkedIn button on your site, we'll automatically pre-populate some of the job application fields that you request with the member’s LinkedIn profile data and will also make the member's profile available to you, subject to their privacy settings. The applicant data is sent directly to your Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
How do I enable Apply with LinkedIn?
Confirm that your ATS offers Apply with LinkedIn. Once confirmed, you can enable Apply with LinkedIn in your ATS via the Apply Package integration selection. For a full list of available integrations, refer to ATS integrations in Recruiter.
Only ATSs in partnership with LinkedIn may offer Apply with LinkedIn. LinkedIn does not charge for Apply with LinkedIn. You must meet eligibility requirements, which is a minimum of 1 Recruiter Seat or Paid Job Slot, not including Recruiter Lite. An administrator on your LinkedIn Recruiter dashboard must enable the integration within your ATS.
