LinkedIn now optimizes the promoted Job Posts experience via our Premium Job Posting integration. By promoting jobs through the Premium Job Posting integration, your job(s) will appear in the Promoted Jobs tab.
To enable Premium Job Posting with Job Posts:

At the top of your Recruiter homepage, move your cursor over your profile picture and select Product settings from the dropdown.

Under Company Settings, click Job posting.

Click Edit next to Post promoted jobs with Job Posting API.

Click On, and then Save.
Once you’ve opted in, you can promote a job within your ATS. These jobs will flow into your Job Posts experience within the Promoted Jobs tab.
We encourage setting up a monthly spend limit to avoid overspending through the Job promotion setting. To prevent duplicate promoted jobs, only promote jobs via your Premium Job Posting integration; do not manually promote the same jobs within LinkedIn Recruiter.
