Create a video audience with Matched Audiences

Video audiences are an option within Matched Audiences that allow you to retarget LinkedIn member accounts who viewed all or part of your video ads.

To create a video audience:
  1. Go to your ad account in Campaign Manager.

  2. Click Plan on the left menu, then click Audiences.

  3. Click the Create audience  button, then select Matched Audience.

  4. Select Video, then click Next.

  5. Name your audience.
  6. Select how the audience engaged with your video ad by choosing between people who viewed at least 25%, 50%, 75% or 97% of your ad.

  7. Choose the time range of when your audience engaged with your video ad. You’ll be able to select from 30, 60, 90, 180, or 365 days in the past.
  8. Select the checkbox next to the ad sets you’d like to retarget.

    • The number of video views will not correspond directly to matched LinkedIn member accounts.
  9. Click Create.

Your audience will need to match at least 300 member accounts to be used in your ad set targeting.
