If you don’t receive a two-factor authentication code on your mobile device:

Disable all third-party apps that may interfere with your ability to receive messages from LinkedIn through your Settings & Privacy under Partners & services.

Additionally, you can turn on two-step verification through your LinkedIn.com account. Be sure to verify that you have a phone number associated with your account.
If you don’t receive a two-factor authentication code by phone call:

Disable all third-party call forwarding service apps (Voice Over IPs).
