Who can use this feature?

This feature is available only to LinkedIn Premium Business, Sales Navigator, and Recruiter Lite subscribers.

Access custom button

As a Premium Business, Sales Navigator, or Recruiter Lite subscriber, you can add a custom button to your profile that allows other members to book an appointment with you using Calendly.

Important to know

If you do not have a Google or Microsoft account, you will not be able to sign up for Calendly or link your personal calendar with Calendly.

To add a book an appointment custom button to your profile:

  1. Click the   Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.

  2. Click View Profile.

  3. Click Add custom button in your introduction section.

  4. In the Add custom button pop-up window, select Book an appointment.

  5. From here, you can select either:

    • Create a new scheduling link
    • Use an existing scheduling link

If you're using an existing scheduling link:

  1. Add your link to the URL field that appears once you select Use an existing scheduling link.

  2. Click Done.

If you're creating a new scheduling link:

  1. You will be prompted to sign up for Calendly to add scheduling to your LinkedIn custom button using either a Google or a Microsoft account. Follow the prompts to Connect to Calendly.

  2. Click Continue.

  3. Personalize your meeting by adding the following details:

    • Meeting name
    • Description
    • Duration
    • Meeting location
    • Available days and hour
  4. Choose when people can meet with you by adding the following information:

    • Available days
    • Starting and Ending hours
    • Time zone
  5. Click Done.
