Get additional service requests on LinkedIn

Last updated: 3 months ago

When you offer services on LinkedIn, clients can send a request for proposal to a specific provider that matches their request location, category, and language. If you have a Premium Business, Sales Navigator, or Recruiter Lite subscription, you can enable the Get more service requests setting to be eligible to receive additional requests for the services you offer.

Important to know

We're gradually making the Get more service requests setting available and you may not have access to it at this time. Also, this feature is currently not available for services offered on a Company Page. However, if you have a Premium Company Page subscription, and you offer services on your Company Page, then this feature is available. When clients request for services, requests are matched based on service category and locale.

As an admin, you can respond to the requests that you have received from your Service Page admin view. If the client's request has already received the maximum number of responses, you won’t be able to respond to the request. Requests are matched with providers if the Services provided section of your Service Page matches the service that the project requires. The provider and client must also have the same language and location (if applicable).

To receive additional service requests from clients:

  1. Go to your LinkedIn Service Page admin view.

  2. Click the Edit page button.

  3. Below Premium settings, turn on the Get more service requests toggle.

Here's a tip

The Get more service requests setting may be enabled for you, by default. You can return to this page to turn it off at any time. Also, enabling this setting doesn’t guarantee that you’ll receive additional service requests.
