Troubleshoot workplace verification on your profile via Learning

Here are some tips that may be helpful if you run into issues adding your workplace verification to your profile. Check the following:

Workplace/ Company change 

  • If you switch jobs and the new company has also granted you a LinkedIn Learning license, you may be able to add a new verification to your profile. The verification from your previous company will still be visible on your profile, and you can still access all of your current and past verifications by visiting https://www.linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/verifications 
  • If you switch jobs and the new company has NOT granted you a LinkedIn Learning license, your previous workplace verification will still be visible on your profile. You can access past verifications by visiting https://www.linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/verifications 

Eligibility

You may not have access to workplace verification via Learning for these reasons:

  • Your company is not one of the select companies providing LinkedIn Learning licenses to their employees.
  • Your current work experience is not associated with your company.
  • You have not connected your LinkedIn Learning license to your LinkedIn profile.
