Connecting with fellow LinkedIn Group members helps you expand your professional network and engage with people who share your interests. You can send invitations to group members directly from the group.
To invite a fellow group member to connect:

Click Groups from the left pane of your LinkedIn homepage.

Select the applicable group from the list under Your groups.

Under [Number of group members] members section on the right pane, click Show all.

Click a member's name to view their profile.

Click Connect.

(Optional) Enter a personalized message in the text box.

Click Send Invitation.
To invite a fellow group member to connect:

Tap your profile picture.

Tap Groups on the left pane.

Select the applicable group under Your groups.

Tap <X> members below the group name.

Tap the
/ More icon next to the member's name. -
Tap Connect.

(Optional) Enter a personalized message in the text box.

Tap Send Invitation.
You can also network with group members who’re not your LinkedIn connections by sending them message requests.
