If you've enhanced your LinkedIn Page with Career Pages, you can leverage the spotlight custom module of your Life or What We Do tab to highlight any aspect of life at your organization ranging from benefits and volunteer work to team activities and office space.
Pages for companies, universities, colleges, and high schools will have a Life tab. Pages for Search and Staffing companies will have a What We Do tab.
To edit spotlight custom modules on the Life or What We Do tab of your Page:

Go to your Page super admin view.

Click Life or What we do in the left menu.

Click the targeted audience view you want to update, or create a new view.

Scroll down to the Spotlight section. For each Custom module, click the subtitle and description fields to add your text.

Add up to two URLs by clicking Add URL link below the description and pasting your URL, or click the Edit icon to replace an existing URL.

To add an image for the first time, click
Add media to select a file you've saved. You can also add Youtube videos and Slideshare presentations. - If you're replacing an existing image, click the
Delete icon then select Add media to upload a new file.

To update the visibility of this section, turn on the Visible toggle in the upper-right corner of the Spotlight section.

Once you're finished editing the module, click one of the following options in the upper-right corner of the page:
- Preview – View a member preview of the page. Click Back to edit mode from the preview page to go back and either save or publish your edits.
- Save – Creates a draft of the page but won't publish the edits. Your previously published version of the page will remain the same.
- Publish – Makes your edits public and replaces the previously published version of the page.
