Log into Learning Management.

On the left pane, select Settings > Authentication.

Select Automate user management > User Deletion.

Click Delete users, then follow the steps in the Instructions to upload CSV popup.

Click Delete users.

Download User deletion CSV template and click Next.

In the CSV, list the primary email addresses in the primary_email_address column (or unique user IDs in the unique_id column if email addresses aren’t used) for each user that you want to delete.

Both column headers must remain in the CSV, even when the column is not filled. -
Upload CSV file and click Continue.

Ensure the CSV file is less than 15 MB. -
A warning message appears asking you to confirm that you want to delete these users. Click Confirm.

Once the file uploads, a notification appears indicating that the file is processing.

Click Close.
"Terminated" means the file didn't pass validation. Try uploading the CSV file again after making adjustments. Common errors include incorrect syntax or formatting of the required input data (email addresses or unique IDs) when filling out the CSV file.
The maximum number of users you can delete in one instance is 10K; there is a 15 MB cap on the CSV file size you upload.

Log into Learning Management and select Me > Manage users.

Click Manage users via CSV and select Download all users via CSV.

From the Customize fields to include in your CSV download of all users, in the User attributes field, add the following attributes:
- Preferred first name
- Preferred last name
- Primary email address or Unique user ID

Click Download CSV.

Review the list and confirm the users you wish to delete are on the downloaded CSV.

The users didn’t exist on your Learning user list. Please review the steps included in What does the error message, “No profile found or more than one profiles found for the given identifier” from the CSV results file mean? to learn more.

Your preferred Regional Language Option is set as Spanish, French, German, or Brazilian and due to this your CSV may not have formatted correctly. We are currently working on resolving this issue and ask that you reach out to our support team for further assistance.
