Recruiter and/or Enterprise Jobs customers who have also purchased LinkedIn Learning Career Hub have access to the following Internal Mobility features.
These features aim to surface internal jobs in which employees are showing interest by redirecting employees looking for external roles on LinkedIn or seeing internal roles on Learning.

These features aim to surface internal jobs in which employees are showing interest by redirecting employees looking for external roles on LinkedIn or seeing internal roles on Learning.
Employees can view all publicly-available open jobs at their company, leveraging a skills-based search match to navigate to their best-fit roles and uncover essential content to upskill for them (if needed). Employees can view All jobs by selecting either the Show All Jobs button from Recommended Jobs on Career Hub, or from the Internal Jobs Collection on LinkedIn.
Employees can receive email alerts for all new open roles at their organization, just as they receive external alerts, so they don't miss the chance to apply. Employees can directly manage these alerts on Linkedin.com Jobs Home under the Preferences menu.
These features aim to help you easily find interested and qualified internal candidates in Recruiter.
Employees who have set a career goal in LinkedIn Learning Career Hub are able to signal their interest in internal roles to their internal recruiters. These candidates will show up in the Internal Candidates spotlight in Recruiter, with a filter to view only interested internal candidates.
Employees can signal their interest in internal jobs at any time on LinkedIn.com via Jobs Home preferences. These candidates are automatically searchable in Recruiter, and employees receive relevant internal job alerts in their email. This preference can be updated at any time on Jobs Home.
Recruiters can easily find internal candidates who have signaled their interest in internal roles by using the Internal Candidate Spotlight via Recruiter search and filtering by interested candidates. Candidates may express interest in roles from Learning Hub and/or LinkedIn.com. Review more details on Spotlights here.
