🌟 Continuing our series where we highlight the amazing clients we’ve had the privilege to work with and share what they had to say about the experience. Every story we help shape is a reminder of why we do what we do. Thank you, Ryan, for trusting us to be part of your journey! 💬 Ryan's full submission: My wife and I worked with Naveen and the Wolfsdorf team over the last four years and it could not have been a better experience. Naveen and her team were incredibly thorough and knowledgeable; they answered all of our questions and knew all the possibilities and permutations of the immigration process. They were even prepared for all the twists and turns over multiple administrations and were ready with multiple options and each step in the process. Even when we were nearing the final steps of the process ahead of naturalization and we were debating whether we needed to secure her and her team’s services, we ultimately decided to go with her and her team again because of the peace of mind and security knowing that the best professionals were handling the case. I highly recommend Naveen and her team to anyone who is even remotely unsure about the next steps in the immigration process. My only regret was that I didn’t meet Naveen sooner because it would have saved me and my family a lot of headaches. However, once Naveen and the Wolfsdorf got involved, everything was taken care of and that success and peace of mind was entirely worth it. Stay tuned, new testimonial drops every week! 💥 #ClientSpotlight #SuccessStories #TrustedPartner #ClientExperience #WRImmigration

📊 2025 Green Card Sponsorship Policies: Direct Insights From In-House Teams Our latest benchmarking findings are in, and they come directly from the in-house global mobility, HR, and immigration professionals who manage these programs every day. WR Immigration’s Immigration Benchmarking Collective surveyed practitioners across industries to understand how employers are approaching green card sponsorship in the current climate. Who We Heard From ▪️ 57 in-house practitioners (no vendors). ▪️ 14 years of average experience. ▪️ Programs averaging 608 foreign nationals. ▪️ Fielded Oct 1–Nov 7, 2025. We’ll be sharing more sneak peeks though if you work in-house, we encourage you to join the Collective for full report access and deeper insights into how your peers are adapting. What the Data Shows: 🔷 70% of employers continue full sponsorship despite market uncertainty. The remaining 30% are taking a more selective approach: ▪️ 12% have considered pausing ▪️ 9% are limiting sponsorship by role or department ▪️ 7% paused due to layoffs or cost controls ▪️ 2% paused for other reasons And the shift year-over-year is notable: 2024: 83% reported no pauses 2025: More employers are reassessing sponsorship with greater selectivity These insights are only possible because in-house professionals generously share what they’re seeing, what’s shifting, and how they’re planning for the year ahead. More results coming soon.
