Let’s head to 270 Park Avenue, the new JPMorganChase headquarters where 110 of Unity Electric's skilled IBEW Local 3 electricians were mobilized for 3 years. 3 years, 3 scopes, and one goal: contributing to New York’s largest all-electric tower with net-zero operational emissions. ✅Electrical: installation of building’s entire emergency power distribution system including 5 x 2,500 kW generators, 48 automatic transfer switches, and more ✅Telecom: fit-out of 100+ IT closets and installation of fiber risers, cable tray, and horizontal cable across multiple floors, including connection to dynamic exterior façade lighting ✅Audiovisual: deployment of AV systems including 5 floor-to-ceiling video lobby waysposts, full audio integration throughout building core, and sound systems on exterior terraces   A project driven by innovation, with the implementation of digital tools to streamline project management: ✏️PlanGrid, an Autodesk company: an internal platform used to manage drawings and field markups, helping foremen and project teams stay aligned and resolve issues quickly 📷OpenSpace: a cloud-based platform capturing construction sites in 360°, enabling weekly documentation, visual progress tracking, and remote collaboration   With this project, we also debuted our prefabrication capabilities, accelerating installation timelines, reducing on-site risks, and ensuring consistent quality and coordination throughout the entire project We are proud to be part of this landmark project that represents a new generation of smart and sustainable buildings! 👏 Congratulations to JPMorganChase and all the teams involved. #JPMorganChase #270Park #NewYork #UnityElectric

#T6Barbecue   Last month, over 150 team members gathered at the TWA Hotel at JFK Airport for a special barbecue, organized to thank our field team on the Terminal 6 project for their dedication and hard work.
