Congratulations to our partners at BBC Media Action for winning a Silver Award at the 2025 The Anthem Awards for the Humanitarian Action & Services category in a campaign we are honoured to support. Ukraine is one of the most contaminated countries in the world. Using billboards, public service announcements, social media, and the film “My Land”, the campaign reached over 5.5 million people on the risks of explosive ordnance and how to avoid them. The campaign was developed through a strong partnership between BBC Media Action, UNDP Ukraine, Humanity & Inclusion UK, and in cooperation with SESU (The State Emergency Service of Ukraine) and TWO MORE ROWS. This award recognises not only powerful storytelling, but critical work that saves lives. Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/ekepKxx5

🎬 Climate solutions are already happening, and youth are leading them. Watch their stories unfold during the #COP30 screening of Generation Trust, a documentary produced by #Youth4Climate, an initiative co-led by UNDP Rome Centre and the Ministero dell'Ambiente e della Sicurezza Energetica, with support from the Istituto Buddista Italiano Soka Gakkai. It follows five youth climate leaders from Bolivia, Colombia, Liberia, Pakistan, and Uganda as they tackle local challenges, from clean mobility and energy to circular economy and food security, and shows what happens when young people are trusted, not just consulted. 🗓 21 November 🕑 10:00-11:30am Belém time 🔗 Learn more and join here: https://go.undp.org/iMY
