    Most people use their demo time to talk. We used ours to dial. We had 20 minutes on AI Demo Day with Sam Nelson at SDRLeader com. Joey Gilkey hit me up after we signed up and asked me, “what should we show?” I said: Let’s just call people...live, but we’re not using our own list - I don’t want anyone thinking this was rigged. So we pulled a random list from a volunteer in the audience with market average connect rates - Thank you Malcolm J.     Today, I’m delivering on the biggest bet I’ve ever made. Not a hypothetical bet, a real one. Last November, I told Joey Gilkey: “TitanX is the only solution I’d bet my career on to increase pipeline.” And today, that bet becomes a reality. I’m stepping into the role of CRO at TitanX. This isn’t just a move, it's 10 years in the making. From selling coupon book ads door to door in college. To leading outbound at both Gong and Docebo. It’s the motion I’ve built my name on. But over the past year, I started seeing a pattern I couldn’t ignore. The playbooks from just two years ago were failing. Email replies? Tanking. Connect rates? Collapsing. Outbound was crumbling under its own weight. I tried everything.  More calls. New scripts. Better training. AI email. Dialers. Signals.
