  • Happy #FlagFriday from the brothers of 𝗭𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗘𝗽𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗻/𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲! • 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝗔𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀 (𝗜𝗼𝘁𝗮 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝗮/𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲) perpetuates the ideals of our Fraternity each and every day, having grown both personally and professionally through his collegiate journey while winning homecoming king at his alma mater, serving his chapter as Vice President, and earning his Resolute Man Distinction—three separate times. As we approach #𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝗗𝗲𝗰 𝟮), keep in mind the Helping Hand extended to Brother Abrams: both a Theta Chi scholarship and the opportunity to attend leadership training made possible by the Foundation Chapter. Brother Abrams came to Missouri State University expecting athletics to define his college years; instead, it was brotherhood, true friendship, and campus involvement. After finding a home in Theta Chi and fully committing—serving in chapter roles and leading more than ten campus organizations—he discovered how service, scholarship, and genuine community could reshape his goals and overall well-being. Alumni support helps lay the foundation for brothers like Carlos to succeed. Your gifts on Giving Tuesday write powerful stories like his—giving real purpose to the scholarships, leadership trainings, and experiences that turn potential into limitless possibilities. • Today, Theta Chi honors more than 191 million men and women who have served in the U.S. armed forces. While it is important to thank all those who have served or are serving on a regular basis, on Veterans Day, it is especially important to take an extra moment to express our gratitude to those who have taken the oath, put on the uniform, and served. We salute our Theta Chi brothers who have served as soldiers, sailors, Marines, airmen, coast guards, and guardians, and wish them all a Happy Veterans Day! On this day, we also encourage brothers to support the USO through Operation: Military Red. This time of year is perfect to extend a Helping Hand and execute an event to assist the USO in its mission to strengthen the well-being of the people serving in America’s military and their families. 🇺🇸 #ThetaChi #ResoluteMen #Since1856 #ΘΧ #OperationMilitaryRed

  • Today, we honor 250 years of the U.S. Marine Corps as Marines around the world reflect, commemorate, and celebrate. Hundreds of Theta Chi brothers have faithfully served the Corps over the years, notably 𝗠𝗮𝗷. 𝗚𝗲𝗻. 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗛. 𝗣𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 (𝗔𝗹𝗽𝗵𝗮 𝗫𝗶/𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝟭𝟵𝟭𝟳); 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴. 𝗚𝗲𝗻. 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗘. 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀𝗲𝗿, 𝗝𝗿. From landings in Cuba during the Spanish-American War, to Belleau Wood in Europe in WWI, to the shores of Pacific isles in WWII, to the hills of Korea, to the jungles and cities of Vietnam, to the deserts of Iraq, and the mountains of Afghanistan, Theta Chi brothers were there and on the job with their fellow Marines. Theta Chi is grateful for the men and women who wear the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor with pride and particularly proud of our brothers who claimed the title of United States Marine. Here's health to you and to the Corps! Semper Fi and Happy Birthday, Marines! #ThetaChi #ResoluteMen #Since1856 #ΘX
