Yesterday, our Owner & Founder Avani Shah and our PR & Marketing Manager Tildsley McManus stood at the North Carolina General Assembly to speak directly with our Senators about the urgent impact of Medicaid cuts on pediatric therapy. We showed up for our patients. Our families. Our therapists. Our community. And our industry. For too long, pediatric therapy services in NC have operated with rates that haven’t increased since 2003—while costs, needs, and demand have skyrocketed. These cuts threaten access to essential care for children who rely on speech, occupational, and physical therapy to grow, learn, and thrive. Yesterday, we made it clear: 🔥 Children deserve better 🔥 Families deserve stability 🔥 Therapists deserve support 🔥 Our state deserves a stronger future And we won’t stop advocating until these voices are heard.
