There’s some fierce (and friendly) competition here at Wolff. Each year, our team comes together for our annual cornhole tournament, where bragging rights are very much on the line. This year Brandon Rudd, CPA and Jason Rastegar (MSRE) took home the top prize as we enjoyed perfect weather at Chaparral Park. And of course, we can’t forget the “best of the worst.” Even our last-place winners walked away with a trophy they won’t soon forget. Always a great day of teamwork, laughs, and a little friendly rivalry. #TeamWolff #CompanyCulture #EmployeeEngagement #WorkHardPlayHard

This Veterans Day, we pause to honor the men and women who have served our country with courage, commitment, and integrity. At The Wolff Company, we are proud to have several veterans among our team. Their dedication to service continues to shape our culture and values every day. A special thank you to our own Brian Adams, Manager of Pricing and Performance and U.S. Army veteran, and Dornan McGuire, Vice President of Human Resources and U.S. Navy veteran, for reminding us that the values learned in service—leadership, teamwork, and purpose—are the same ones that help us thrive together as a company.

Happy Halloween from everyone at The Wolff Company! We kicked off our annual celebration with a team costume contest. Congrats to our winners for spookiest, funniest, and most original: Matt Valen, Stephanie Vargas, and the HR team! After some well-deserved celebratory cookies, we welcomed our families for a round of office trick-or-treating. We’re grateful for the creativity, camaraderie, and community that make celebrations like this at Wolff so special.

We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our newest community, Amano, in Murrieta, California. This 324-unit garden-style development blends modern living with timeless design, featuring Spanish Revival architecture, encaustic tile patterns, elegant arches, and exposed wood beams. The name Amano, derived from the Spanish phrase "a mano," meaning “by hand,” reflects both the handcrafted aesthetic of the community and the personalized service delivered by our outstanding leasing team. www.amanoapts.com.

Our Scottsdale office was proud to partner with Vitalant last week for our second annual blood drive. Donating blood is a simple act of compassion with an extraordinary impact. Just one pint can save up to three lives. Thanks to the generosity of our team, this year’s donations have the potential to impact up to 45 people in need. We are grateful for this partnership and look forward to continuing it in the years ahead. #CommunityImpact #BloodDrive #GivingBack #TeamWolff #Vitalant

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: Filament is a new 298-unit rental community in Garland, Texas, just northeast of downtown Dallas. Designed with a modern industrial flair inspired by light, shadow, and clean lines, Filament offers thoughtful amenities including a resort-style pool, a striking clubhouse, a fully equipped fitness and yoga studio, expansive outdoor spaces such as a dog park, and plenty of places to gather. The community’s name is inspired by Garland Power & Light, founded in 1923 to bring reliable electricity to the city. Like the glowing filament inside a bulb, this community is a bright spot for Garland, as it was developed in partnership with the city to deliver much-needed workforce housing in a community with significant demand but little new attainable housing in recent years. A special thank you to our partners, The NRP Group LLC, JHP Architecture / Urban Design, Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, Winkelmann and Associates Inc., and Private Label International for helping make this vision a reality. The Wolff Company has been building essential housing since the 1980s. Ever wonder how our Spokane Valley property, The Whimsical Pig, got its unique name? Built in 1997 on the site of a former orchard and pig farm, Wolff wanted a name that would pay homage to the site's origins in a memorable way. Thus, “The Pig” was born. The original pig logo, which is still in use today, can be found throughout the property, from the flying pig weathervanes to the tiled pig at the bottom of the pool. Even our pink leasing carts are “pigified” with curly tails. Beyond its playful name and history, The Whimsical Pig reflects Wolff’s long-standing commitment to creating attainable housing. Communities like this one and many others Wolff has developed across the country are helping provide quality, affordable options for residents in growing regions like Spokane, WA.
