As both features highlight, hotel restaurants have evolved into true destinations, often becoming the reason guests choose one hotel over another. According to OpenTable, "47% of Americans book a trip specifically to dine at a restaurant, and 38% have chosen a hotel because of its restaurant." Florida led the way on this list with 21 winners, more than any other state, including 10 in Miami and Orlando. We’re especially proud to be one of only two restaurants highlighted in Palm Beach County. Akira Back is Chef Akira Back’s first Florida namesake restaurant. His modern Japanese cuisine reflects a blend of influences from his childhood, Korean heritage, and global travels.
