Job Overview
We are looking for 2 highly experienced Senior HR Heads and 2 Senior HR Manager(US Staffing) – Recruitment to lead and optimize our talent acquisition efforts. The role involves designing and executing recruitment strategies, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws, and managing end-to-end hiring processes to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring seamless execution of hiring across departments.
✅ Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
✅ Ensure smooth execution of onboarding processes for new hires.
✅ Formulate and refine HR policies aligned with company objectives and compliance requirements.
✅ Stay updated on employment laws to maintain regulatory compliance.
✅ Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create sourcing strategies.
✅ Maintain and analyze hiring metrics to enhance recruitment efficiency.
✅ Conduct training sessions for the recruitment team on best practices.
Qualifications & Skills (Mandatory)
✔ Talent Acquisition: Proven ability to identify, attract, and recruit top talent.
✔ Recruitment Strategy: Strong experience in developing and optimizing hiring processes.
✔ HR Policy Implementation: Expertise in formulating and executing HR policies for business scalability.
✔ Interviewing Techniques: Ability to conduct structured interviews and select ideal candidates.
✔ Onboarding & Retention: Ensuring seamless integration and long-term engagement of employees.
